Adding docs to a project

The ConWize system enables you to add nearly any type of document (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG, etc.) to the system, no weight limitation or time deadline. Once the doc is in the system it's there forever and can be downloaded anytime any place..

All these docs will be saved within a certain project

You are able to differ between internal docs that are only for you and your colleagues eyes and external (shared) docs that can be sent out to your clients or subcontractors (when sending out a bid).

Documents along with whole folders can be dragged into the system easily.

Please note:

• Any docs that are added to your 'Shared documents' will be automatically sent out to your suppliers when sending a bid.
• You can also add docs within a work that will be sent only to specific subcontractors.
