Where can I see tender documents/files?
Next to the BOQ tab, you will find the Documents tab – there you can find all the files. They are stored for you with no time or weight limitations.
I entered the system and still can't see the tender details, what should I do?
The main reason is that the bid wasn't sent to you directly – you can ask the GC to send the invite also to your email, or you can sign out and enter with a different email.
I want ot update my proposal, how can I do that?
You can see the submitted proposals in the 'Proposal sent' tab.
After entering the relevant proposal, you can update the prices and comments in the columns that appear in the table under the name 'Send new version of proposal'.
Tip: You can also set a total discount percentage in the 'Set discount' field.
How do I know that my customer has received my proposal?
Once your proposal has been sent, the Conwize system will show you an approval screen with a big green 'tick' icon. The main contractor will automatically receive an email saying that they have received a proposal and it will obviously be shown in the system for them to examine.
