          Locking your BOQ from changes

              Article summary

              A small typo along with deleting a row on your BOQ can be a real problem.
              To prevent mistakes, we suggest you lock the BOQ from changes, press the three dots 🡪 Version settings 🡪 'Lock BOQ in version' (leaving the unit cost column open for editing) or 'Lock version (locking all columns).

              Once the BOQ is locked the relevant columns will be grey, white columns are open for editing.

              Now, no matter what you do, your BOQ won't be altered accidentally.

              You can unlock at any time and edit your BOQ accordingly.
