Updating costs in pricing sets and projects

We are aware that the construction industry is a fast changing world. Prices are going up and down and keeping up can be a challenge.

In ConWize you are able to update prices instantly, here's how:

Updating Prices in the Cost Element List

Changing costs can be done within the element list one by one (go to: Settings --> Estimate --> Cost elements), this will affect the list itself and any future estimating (it will not change any existing costs within projects).

To edit a large amount of elements first filter the elements you would like to update, then got to: --> Update prices.

Here you are able to change the prices by adding a percentage.

A note:

• Each paying company using ConWize can choose if they would like their pricing sets to be updated automatically with every change made in the element list. Please contact us to verify your preference.
• All changes will take place only on the elements that have been filtered and appear on the screen. It's important that you filter wisely, if there is no filter the changes will be on all elements.

Updating Prices in Projects

You are able to update prices in projects, we recommend that you use this feature very carefully as it may lead to unwanted mistakes.

After filtering the elements you wish to change from the element list, go to:

--> Update prices in projects.

Now you can select a specific project from the dropdown or add conditions:
