In addition to the fixed columns (number, description, unit and quantity), you are able to add your own personalized columns into the bid that will be sent out.

To add these columns, please open a new bid, on the BOQ page go to: 
Now you are able to add a new column and decide if the data inside will consist of free text or only numbers.
You can also decide if the column is set as "read only" for ther companies recieving the bid or if you want them to fill in the column (edit by invited companies).
Now your companies will recieve the standard BOQ along with your personalized columns.
