Ensuring the transfer of the data is done correctly

To ensure that all the data you are copying from Excel is transferred correctly into the ConWize system, it’s crucial you follow these directions:

1. On your original Excel sheet, make sure that all numbers are shown fully without and disruptions, including sufficiently wide columns (see below).

2. Copy the full original table to a new sheet in Excel by the following directions:
   Control C 🡪 choose the relevant cell in a new sheet 🡪 right click 🡪 choose to paste as ‘values’ (see below).

Make sure all the data has been transferred successfully, especially the columns with digits (widen the width of the columns accordingly).

3. After copying the BOQ into the ConWize system, to ensure that the data is identical, we recommend you compare the following data (between the original Excel and the system):

• Final quantity sum by pressing the cell below.
• Number of rows.
