Search historical prices

Searching similar rows is an important feature enabling you to estimate certain rows from prior projects.

From the BOQ page, right click on one of the rows and choose: Search historical prices.

Here you can see the word searched is 'gypsum', the system scanned all projects and shows all rows relevant.

You can choose a specific project or tender stage:

Note that you can filter from current versions on each project and can add the estimate to your current project.

Double clicking on the unit cost of each row will open up the 'cost estimate' with all the cost elements included.

After pressing the system will plant the cost elements from the prior project into the new one.
