On some occassions some contractors need special attention, the ConWize system has a feature that can enable you to send them a personal email from your own email address with a specific link to the bid, all within the system.
To send out the email please follow the these steps:
Press on the contractor that you wish to send the email to:
Press the envelope:
Ther specific bid link will be planted in the email and will be sent from your personal email (according to your user in the system):
You are welcome to add any info that you wish to the email.
The contractor will receive the email from you, will be able to enter the link, and will be referred automaically to the bid within the system. Quick and simple.
