On some occasions, sub contractors and suppliers aren't familiar with the ConWize system.
We encourage them to sign up even before receiving a bid.
We have a feature that enables you to send out a message to all your contacts in the system that have yet to register.
Go to: Menu bar 🡪 Companies 🡪 Contractors 🡪 All contractors 🡪 three dots 🡪 
Alternately you are able to choose a specific contact within a company and send only them the invite. This can be done by going to the contact and pressing the three dots.
The message will be planted in a ConWize template and will be sent via email to your entire contact list (apart from contacts that have already registered).

Once the supplier presses the sign up button they will be automatically referred to the ConWize registration page, for a simple sign up.
